How to buy / lease / rent ?

Microsoft do not sell Dynamics direct, it must be bought from a Certified or Gold Certified Partner with the appropriate competency, such as M4 Systems.

M4 Systems are very experienced in assisting prospective and existing customers with choosing business software appropriate to their requirements and aspirations. Typically many organisations will only purchase a new CRM or ERP system once every 10 years. We therefore appreciate that the process of procuring such a system is not easy or straightforward.

The procurement process should involve education for both parties: the seller and the buyer. The seller needs to understand the buyer's business as it is currently and as it is likely to develop over the lifetime of the proposed system. The buyer needs to understand the capabilities of the proposed solution and of the implementation partner and be confident that the requisite continuous investment will be made to improve the proposed system over its lifetime (which could easily be 15+ years). Both parties should become comfortable that there is a good fit between the requirements and the proposed solution.

As a seller and implementation partner looking for excellent long-term business relationships with our customers, we will always focus our finite sales and implementation resources towards opportunities and projects for which we believe our proposed solution and our capability is a good fit for the requirements.

In order to facilitate this process of education we will typically arrange to have several meetings with prospects to ensure we adequately understand their businesses and requirements. We will try and qualify as early as possible all opportunities so that we do not waste either party's valuable time and resources. The initial meeting may involve telephone and web demos, but typically we will always have several face-to-face meetings prior to agreeing terms.

We offer a free purchasing guide with the option of an RFI questionnaire template. This valuable guide, available in Word format, is slightly biased towards our platform, but it can easily be amended to suit most businesses and is a very useful tool to help ensure that critical questions are asked and adequately answered.

Following initial meetings we will typically send a very comprehensive proposal document. We like to be up-front about everything, so that realistic expectations are set, assumptions are avoided and there are no hidden surprises.
