Overview

The software we implement and support offers extensive functionality out-of-the box and has universal application across all business sectors. However, we have been particularly successful in implementing Microsoft Dynamics based ERP and CRM systems into organisations across the following: financial services, distribution, utilities, education, professional services (including media/PR), high tech, leisure, not for profit and public sector.

Because of the increased capability and scalability (based on SQL 2005) of Microsoft Dynamics software, we anticipate more enterprise customers moving away from SAP, Oracle and Siebel (now part of Oracle) who are disillusioned by the high TCO, inflexibility and low user satisfaction of such systems. Also because of the recent reduction in price (BRL licensing introduced in August 2006) for smaller systems (under 15 users) we anticipate that many more Sage customers will make the move up to Dynamics.

Microsoft Dynamics GP is the global leading ERP solution for the mid-market (50 to 1000 employees) sector with several hundred thousand customers and over 1 million end-users (end 2006). Typical user count would be 10 to 50 concurrent full-access users and 100 web portal users.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is by far the fastest growing CRM solution for the mid-market in new sales. Since the release of version 3.0 (end 2005) over 60,000 new users per quarter have been documented with the total number rising to well over three hundred thousand users by the end of 2006. This figure includes many enterprise sites with several hundred users. However, the typical named user count per customer is 50 to 200 users.
