The new Business Ready Licensing model for Dynamics ERP is much simpler and far better value for money - especially for systems under 20 users – than the predecessor Modules Based Licensing model.

For the markets we serve there are two versions - Business Essentials and Advanced Management.

Implementation Services Price Indication

Our on-site implementation configuration and training services range in price from £895 per day to £995 per day depending upon location and seniority.

We can offer remote implementation, configuration and customisation services considerably cheaper than this.

For development services we can offer highly skilled .Net development at extremely advantageous rates provided by our in-house team based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Fixed Price

If we have clearly defined scope, detailing all requirements and expectations, then we are happy to offer fixed price implementations and software development.

Purchase Microsoft ERP & CRM Support Packs

We offer expert support (backed up by Microsoft) enabling you to resolve issues quickly and prevent serious, expensive disruption to your business. We use powerful tools such as Go to Assist which enables our consultants to quickly discover causes and then deliver a solution.

We operate a fair and transparent pricing policy for our support services.  More difficult cases cost more, but we build in insurance, so that the cost is predictable and never onerous.

Credits are only applied upon successful resolution of a case, credits NEVER expire.

Hours to resolve is a time indication for a qualified experienced

support or application consultant to solve the case.

Credit Usage is capped at 8 per incident, even if it requires

far more time to resolve or for us to pay Microsoft to assist.

Remote Configuration or Training provided uses 1 Credit per 30 minutes.

Out of standard hours provision - 2 Credits Premium per incident
