New Faces with Customer Focus at M4 Systems
With the aim of improving customer communications and service, M4 Systems has recently restructured to take on Mohsan Hamid as Senior ERP Consultant, Marianela Peraza as Applications Consultant, Marc Williams as Applications Support Consultant and Esther Apoussidis as Marketing Manager.
Mohsan Hamid, is a Computer Science graduate who has been involved with the Dynamics GP product for the past 11 years. His first encounter with the system started at Kewill
Systems (who were distributors of Great Plains in the UK), thereafter he
moved to Eclipse Computing where he stayed for seven years before joining M4
Systems. He has full implementation experience from pre-sales demos to
post-sales implementation and trouble-shooting which he will leverage in his
new M4 System's consultancy role.
Dave Saunders, one of M4 System's founding directors and who previously acted in a senior consultant's capacity, is now to switch focus to business development. His function will be to up- and cross-sell to M4
System's existing customer base as well as to develop new business opportunities.
Marianela Peraza, with a first class university degree in IT, has previously worked for Microsoft partners in Venezuela, the most recent being Gold Certified Partner, SINCA. M4 Systems will draw on her experience in implementing, customising and supporting Microsoft-based ERP systems in client environments. Her programming skills encompass Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, C++, Dexterity, SQL, ASP and HTML.
Esther Apoussidis, who has 20 years sales and marketing experience, working in varied business sectors, encompassing industrial manufacturing, the FMCG market, tourism and market research, will be tasked with improving customer communications, strengthening M4s market image and in developing qualified sales leads.
Marc Williams offers a varied background in technological and people-based industries. He is a creatively-minded individual whose in-depth technical skills and problem-solving abilities are a great asset. He has over seven years' experience working in both the public and private sectors, providing application support, developing bespoke solutions and training for a broad range of ICT systems.
His new support role will encompass Dynamics CRM and SharePoint.
Gary Clarke, Managing Director, has welcomed the additions to the team. We are now better placed than ever before to respond to the challenge of delivering quality bespoke solutions to our customers in a highly competitive market. This is an exciting period for us: a wave of new technology will enter the marketplace in 2007 and we now have a strong customer-oriented team to make sure that we deliver the benefits of this technology to our customers.
