Environmental Management Policy Statement

M4 Systems Ltd sells, implements and supports business software solutions from its premises at Tredomen Business & Technology Centre in Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed.

M4 Systems' management and staff recognise that they have a responsibility and duty as members of a business and as members of the public to maintain a code of practice that seeks to protect and actively improve the environment.

We acknowledge that our activities have some impact on the environment and it is one of the company's business priorities to conduct its operations to reflect best environmental practice.

The environmental management system implemented is one that is consistent with the location, nature and scope of the company's work. The system involves an ongoing review of activities, operations and procedures to determine and evaluate their degree of impact on the environment and where necessary, take measures to address any issues not consistent with our code of best environmental practice. This may involve minimising any negative environmental effects caused by our activities, economising on the use of energy and natural non-renewable resources and reducing waste and pollution. Realistic targets will be set and achieved as part of our overall business objective to maintain and seek continuous improvement in our environmental practice. An example of such a target will be to comply with existing recycling schemes.

Integral to initiating and perpetuating this environmental management system will be the education and training of all staff on best environmental practices. This statement will be reviewing annually to take account of any new legislation and environmental issues and of any changes in the nature, scope and location of the company's business activities.
