Positive Customer Reviews for M4 Customer Day
Customers who attended M4 Systems’ annual Customer Day on 28 February 2007 at Microsoft’s Thames Valley Park Reading location were very positive in their evaluation of the event’s content, delivery and venue.
From the feedback we received 100% said that they would attend a similar event in future and the majority stated that their view of M4 Systems had improved as a result (the remainder indicating that their opinion had remained unchanged).
In terms of content, Microsoft speakers gave delegates an insight into the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics GP including some of the new aspects of Version 10.0 (such as workflow), a demonstration of the latest communications and knowledge-sharing Microsoft technologies with particular focus on SharePoint, as well as a closer view of the dynamics of Microsoft’s CRM software.
M4 Systems for their part covered topics such as Online Backups, Virtualisation of Servers and some valuable tips on how to get the best out of the Dynamics GP system, including tapping into some less obvious features which many of our customers are not yet using but would find highly useful and effective, such as Business Alerts and SmartLists.
In line with customer recommendations for future events, we intend to incorporate greater interactivity and to expand on the popular theme of "How to get more from your system".
