Gartner Research, Inc. published its “2009 Magic Quadrant For CRM Customer Service Contact Centers” on 3rd April, 2009. This research report uses 15 weighted criteria to evaluate different vendor contact centre customer service solutions and their adaptability to cater for different economic circumstances. The goal is to determine which vendor is a niche player, a visionary, a challenger or a leader.
