Microsoft Gold Partner Status
Microsoft does notsell directly to end-users, they have a business model and philosophy of selling via their partners. There are three levels of partners:

Gold Certified Partners
Gold Certified Partners represent the highest level of competence and expertise with Microsoft technologies, it is also the most difficult to attain. We have a close working relationship with Microsoft.
This tier represents the top 1% of Microsoft partners. To attain this, points must be earned based upon criteria, such as the number of Microsoft Certified Professionals, certifications, customer references, customer satisfaction indices and sales volumes. M4 Systems are very proud to repeatedly gain this coveted status since September 2004.
M4 Systems is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Microsoft Business Solutions, Independent Software Vendor and Networking Infrastructure Solutions, which means that they have demonstrated superior levels of successful implementations, capabilities and certification. Microsoft Gold Certified Partners are required to meet rigorous requirements for certification and expertise. M4 Systems has reached the status of Gold Certified Partner for Microsoft Business Solutions, Independent Software Vendor and Networking Infrastructure Solutions by demonstrating increased levels of developer certification, deep real-world experience, and by providing completed customer reference projects that were independently verified by Microsoft.
