Recurring Contract Billing

M4 Systems has developed the Recurring Contract Billing module to automate the billing of items which require regular invoicing, such as services.
This module also helps manage the process of setting up contracts, and features an approvals system for document changes as well as an option for ad-hoc billing for contract set-up fees.
Recurring Contract Billing keeps track of all changes and retains historical data for all details of invoices generated. It also improves on standard SOP functionality particularly with regard to period based billing and period based pricing.
