Case Study - Wales Millennium Centre
WMC was opened in December 2004 by Her Majesty, The Queen. The company is a registered charity and was formed prior to the centre’s construction which commenced in February 2002. Since its opening it has already established a reputation as one of the world`s iconic arts and cultural destinations.
WMC had an urgent need to replace their labour-intensive Excel accounting methods by a more formal accounting system which would integrate with existing SQL-based ticketing and CRM systems. Therefore, in 2005 M4 Systems implemented the Dynamics GP system to manage their back office processes and in particular to deal with procedures for retrospective VAT recovery and project costing analysis.
