Microsoft Dynamics GP provides both e-Procurement and Document Management capabilities, with basic capabilities included as standard and more advanced features and functionality available through Third-party solutions available from reputable and certified independent software vendors, such as M4 Systems.
Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Requisition Management enables the capture of purchase information right at the beginning of the purchase cycle so users never have to re-key data. Information automatically flows through to new or existing Purchase Orders, Receiving's and Purchase Invoicing. It is very easy to use and features Web-browser based entry forms and a flexible user setup which links to account level security. It allows you to control your organisation’s expenditure with user defined limits and a flexible, hierarchical approval tree.
