Very easy to use system to capture, review and approve project time and expense data/reports via the Web for prompt, accurate customer invoicing and efficient reimbursement for out-of-pocket employee expenses. Features seamless integration to Project Accounting. Entries for user, project, time, cost category expense details and billing notes. Also includes Personal Data Keeper (PDK) for use with laptops when disconnected from the internet or network, whereby data are automatically synchronised with the main project accounting database immediately upon re-connection. This module helps to reduce paperwork and increases operational efficiency.
