Allows for comprehensive reporting and enquiries in respect of profitability, actual versus baseline budget or revised forecast, utilisation and realisation of projects. This module handles Time & Materials, Cost Plus and Fixed Price contracts. Accurate accounting for Profitability and Work in Progress with comprehensive revenue recognition types. Powerful billing options including cycle billing with detailed supporting billing reports. Includes Purchase Order generation, Receivings and matching to Purchase Invoices related to projects.

Featuring seamless integration with Project Accounting, this system is very easy to use for capturing, reviewing and approving project time and expense data. Reports can be generated and disseminated via the Web for prompt, accurate customer invoicing and efficient reimbursement for out-of-pocket employee expenses.. It features entries for user, project, time, cost category expense details and billing notes. It also includes Personal Data Keeper (PDK) for use with laptops when disconnected from the internet or network, whereby data are automatically synchronised with the main project accounting database immediately upon re-connection. This module helps to reduce paperwork and increases operational efficiency.
