Dynamics CRM - Sales
The Sales Automation module tracks the sales process from lead capture and routing, to qualification of key opportunities and conversion into sales orders. Account and contact information, entered only once, is only a mouse-click away at any point in the sales cycle. There is no re-keying of data: the sales professional does not waste valuable time on administrative chores but on managing a qualified sales pipeline, on closing the deal and building customer value.
Two-way communication with prospects, customers, colleagues or with collaborative partners, whether executed via phone, electronic fax, letter or e-mail (or as part of a quick sales campaign) are captured and tagged with a unique token and stored against the appropriate record. Quotas, quotes, orders and invoices can be instigated with seamless integration to Dynamics GP for fulfilment and accounting.
This module empowers the sales professional to improve customer communications and relationships. Better relationships, built on a richer understanding of - and response to - your customers’ needs, in turn lead to a shorter sales cycle, improved close rates and greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales team performance can be enhanced by sharing information, assigning tasks, creating appointments and by better managing the team through effective reporting. Powerful analytical ability assists in identifying best opportunities and in monitoring sales pipelines and forecasting future sales.
The Sales Module has an option to build competitor profiles (including SWOT analysis) and the ability to track and report on what type of business is lost to the competition. This information can be retained and re-used for planning and honing future business growth strategies.
