Outlook Integration

Uniquely Dynamics CRM has a native Outlook Client, enabling users to easily capture and work with CRM data form within Outlook, without the pain involved with moving between systems and copying and pasting data.

The Outlook Client can work even when disconnected from the corporate network by caching CRM data in a local SQL database.
This data is then refreshed, completely automatically, when the user re-connects to the network.
This function takes advantage of the powerful SQL replication
functionality included with SQL Server.
Dynamics CRM also has a client which works on Windows Mobile Platform
for PDAs and Smartphones.
