Partner Delivery Model
Dynamics is always delivered by partners or value added resellers (VARs). Microsoft do not sell Dynamics direct. This brings many advantages to customers, including reduced risk.
Implementation partners have a huge incentive to provide excellent implementation and support services since these services provide the bulk of their income. Microsoft ensures that there are many suitably qualified and experienced partners available in most geographies to implement Dynamics.
This maintains healthy competition and helps to ensure that customers receive excellent personal service, whilst still benefiting from the economies of scale encapsulated within a software product manufactured by a huge global company.
