Data can easily be exchanged between these applications and hundreds of other applications, thus eliminating expensive error-prone data entry. We believe that the economics of using Web Services to exchange data, formatted using XML, are so compelling that most business applications will have to adopt these technologies within the next 3-5 years to remain relevant and of value to their users.
