Marketing analytics using Campaign Performance Reporting

All useful information regarding Campaign Performance rolled up into one report that tracks the progress and the status of a campaign:

  • Out-of-the-Box report.
  • The report shows each Campaign included in the report, from basic details and Time Parameters, to target Marketing Lists, Target products, Sales Literature, Planning Tasks and Campaign Activities, Campaign Responses, and Financial Cost & Revenue. Each of these components has full drill down capability.
  • "Campaign response" value contains the Total Number of Contacts Targeted, the Total Number of Reponses, along with the Response Rate calculation & a Cost per Response calculation.
  • "Financial cost" value contains Total Actual Cost, Total Budget Allocated, Estimated Opportunity Revenue, and Actual Opportunity Revenue with drill down capability for each.
  • Ability to compare up to 10 campaigns at the same time.
