The Co-operative Life Planning needed a customer relationship management (CRM) and business management system to launch products and collaborate more easily with channel partners.
To match these ambitions, the business chose Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 customer relationship software with Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 for its new infrastructure.
As a result, the volume of transactions has expanded by 150 per cent, boosting productivity without the need to hire additional staff.
