Mayflower Theatre
The Mayflower Theatre, built in 1928, is located in Southampton and is the premier theatre in Southern England. It offers spectacular entertainment including touring musicals - many direct from the West End - opera, ballet, and some of the biggest names in popular music and comedy.
The Theatre thrives solely on charitable donations from the public and on sponsorships from local companies.
When M4 Systems first encountered Mayflower Theatre, they were using the Microsoft Great Plains system, but were not realising the full potential of the system. In 2001 M4 Systems took over the support, configuration and subsequent upgrades of the system to improve reporting, credit control and bank reconciliation functions.
In 2007 Mayflower Theatre added Corporate Planner software, which M4 Systems have integrated with Dynamics GP, to dramatically speed up the budgeting and forecasting process. Up until this point, creating budgets and forecasts was a time consuming, and sometimes painful process involving a great deal of manual intervention.
