After training the role would involve understanding our customers' business processes and workflows; advising them of ways to dramatically increase productivity and accuracy by using electronic approvals and workflows to eliminate paper and to better manage documents and knowledge; helping to configure ECM systems based upon Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007.
Related to this will also be a more focused emphasis on
project
management, implementation and training for Microsoft Project Server 2007.

Educated to degree standard, good understanding of business processes, good communications
and multi-tasking skills, excellent problem-solving ability, comfortable with IT and systems in general (deeper knowledge of Microsoft platform such as Exchange Server, SQL and Active Directory a distinct advantage), open-minded with ability to quickly learn new software products, experience with Microsoft SharePoint an advantage but not expected.
Location / Remuneration / Hours / Benefits:
Initially South Wales with option to move later,
