Working as a key member of our CRM implementation team the role involves understanding our customers' customer-facing business processes (in particular sales and customer support processes); understanding their key requirements and priorities (Business Analysis); configuring the system to match these requirements; training users; some customisation, report design and configuration; some project management;
also complex problem resolution (some support).

Educated
to degree standard, good understanding of business processes, good communication skills, multi-tasking
and excellent problem-solving abilities, comfortable with IT and systems in general (deeper knowledge of Microsoft platform, such as Exchange Server, SQL and Active Directory a distinct advantage), open-minded with ability to quickly learn new software products, experience with CRM systems (in particular Microsoft CRM an advantage), we may also consider bright IT and business oriented graduates as trainees for this role.
