Working is a key member of our ERP implementation team, the role involves understanding customers' business processes; understanding their key requirements and priorities (Business Analysis); configuring the system to match these requirements; training users; some customisation, report design and configuration; some project management; also complex problem resolution (an element of support).

Professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, good understanding of accounting principles, good communications skills, multi-tasking skills, excellent problem-solving ability, comfortable with IT and systems in general (high standard with Excel assumed, database skills, such as Access and SQL a distinct advantage), open minded with ability to quickly learn new software products, experience with ERP systems (in particular Dynamics GP / Great Plains) an advantage, albeit we will consider bright, systems oriented, newly qualified accountants, who are bored with auditing and are thinking of changing to a more interesting and challenging career.
