Working as a key member of our marketing team based at our Tredomen office, the main objective is to discover opportunities with prospective or existing customers where there is a good fit between the prospects' requirements and the solutions that we offer. The role involves calling prospects to obtain accurate contact / role details
as well as company demographic and system details in order to update our CRM databases; discovering prospects' needs; informing prospects of our solutions and capabilities when relevant; informing prospects of events or campaign offers; following up and qualifying leads; arranging sales appointments.
Summarised candidate requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills; basic IT skills; fast learner; resilient, cheerful, optimistic personality. Successful track record in telesales is an advantage but we will consider applicants without experience with an ideal personality and attitude for this role.
