It is easy to administer, easy to customise and create new web parts to complement the hundreds available with the system or which can be downloaded for free. It's ideal for aggregating data from other compatible systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and provides capabilities similar to SharePoint, such as collaboration, document management and electronic document delivery.
This is a .Net module which has been built from the ground up using C# and is fully integrated with Dynamics GP, Microsoft Office and with SharePoint Portal Server web parts. Because it adopts the same technology as SharePoint Portal Server it is very easy to integrate the two if your Intranet already uses SharePoint.
The module includes basic requisition approval, fully integrated to Purchase Order Processing and includes Project Time and Expense entry. By automating business processes and enabling workflow/transaction entry for Requisitions, Timesheets, Employee Expenses, HR Self-Service and Sales Order Entry, efficiency is greatly improved and errors are reduced.
This module offers an extremely comprehensive, granular, role-based security model based on Active Directory Services. Professional users can have full remote access data entry capability.
