We’re looking for a talented Microsoft Dynamics GP Support Analyst to join our fast growing business.

Main Duties
 
        Resolving Customer support cases
        Monitoring statuses of support cases
        Some remote consultancy such as report writing
        Maintaining up to date customer information on CRM system and Portals
        Selling appropriate software and services if a requirement is identified during the support process
        Assisting with support, maintenance, development and improvements to internal systems
        Assisting consultants with implementation tasks
 
 
Experience / Certification Requirements
 
·         Excellent communication skills including a confidence telephone manner
·         Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage own workload
·         Highly computer literate and numerate
·         Positive, enthusiastic, 'can-do' personality
·         Reasonable business acumen with the ability to understand customer’s complex business processes
·         Hardware and software installation experience
·         Experience of Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services
 
Qualifications
Minimum 2:2 degree in a computer related subject
