M4 Systems prides itself in offering excellent customer support. We have built our business upon maintaining excellent long-term relationships with our customers, to underpin this we must offer an excellent support service.

We appreciate that the systems we support are often critical to the smooth operations of our customers' business operations. Naturally if they experience a system problem this can be highly stressful and we therefore aim to relieve this stress as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our support team uses high calibre, experienced consultants, including implementation consultants who rotate through support.

We try to ensure that support cases are initially logged onto our CRM system via the web with as much supporting information as possible. This helps to make the process of resolving cases much more efficient for us and therefore our customers. This does not mean that we lose the personal touch. Following initial logging, our consultants typically speak in person to our customers and will use powerful remote assistance tools, such as "Go to Assist" in order to speed up the resolution process.
