We enjoy a challenge, such as complex implementations with integrations to other systems and bespoke requirements.
Looking forward - because of the increased capability and scalability (based on SQL 2005) of Dynamics - we anticipate more enterprise customers moving away from SAP, Oracle and Siebel (now part of Oracle) who are disillusioned by the high TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), inflexibility and low user satisfaction of such systems. Also because of the recent reduction in price (BRL licensing introduced in August 2006) for smaller systems (under 15 users) we anticipate that many more Sage customers will make the move up to Dynamics.
